Terms of Service

Spargio is a paid subscription service for scheduling and publishing social media content. You must be 18 or older and own or control the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's terms of use.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; canceling keeps your access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts used to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates platform policies.

The service is provided "as is." Platform APIs can change or reject content outside our control; we make reasonable efforts to publish on schedule but do not guarantee delivery. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
